I am a visual artist here in Colorado. I sell my artwork all over the country. LDK is the third company I used after having terrible experiences with the other two previous logistics companies I used. LDK was more expensive than the other two companies but were worth every penny. Very simply, they did their job. They were great communicators and kept me in the loop from pick up to crating to final delivery of the artwork that I shipped to my client in Texas. I highly recommend using them for hi value, high touch commodities!!

Let this be a warning.. We cannot recommend this carrier based on our recent experience. During a live pickup dispute regarding load securement, instead of continuing to work through the proper operational channels, the driver posted a review with photos of our shipment on our company’s business profile. This is highly unprofessional and exposes customers to unnecessary reputational risk. Operational disagreements at shipping docks can and do occur. In this case, we engaged immediately and corrected the concerns raised before the shipment left our facility. The expectation in any professional logistics partnership is that issues are escalated through dispatch and shipper contacts so they can be resolved in real time. Publicly posting reviews about an active load, without full context, is not an acceptable or responsible way to handle a safety concern. We have formally raised this issue with the carrier. To date, no meaningful corrective action has been communicated to us, and we have not been provided with any assurances that drivers will be instructed not to post public commentary or images related to customer shipments going forward. That lack of accountability is concerning. Customers should be aware that, based on this experience, a routine operational disagreement could potentially be escalated into a public-facing review that may harm their business reputation even after the issue has been addressed and resolved. Professional communication, proper escalation procedures, and protection of customer brands are fundamental expectations in any freight partnership.
